Akhirnya ada beberapa tempat makan yang masuk <em>wish list<\/em> dan salah satunya adalah JJ Steak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awalnya karena yang masak chef pastinya bakal mikir kalau tempatnya ada di resto besar. Ternyata pas sampai langsung kaget karena tempatnya hanya di tenda sederhana. Dari australian beef, premium lokal beef, hokubee \/ meltique beef, australian black angus serta australian wagyu. Semuanya tersedia dengan berbagai ukuran. Meltique beef ini merupakan proses merubah daging sapi menjadi <em>marbling<\/em> dengan cara menyuntik lemak nabati ke dalam daging. Hasilnya, dagingnya jadi lebih bertekstur, kaya rasa serta lembut banget seperti wagyu. Satu porsi steak sudah termasuk salad dan <em>potato frie<\/em>s atau <em>mashed potatoes<\/em>.
