Buat yang belum tau esto itu apa, esto adalah nama salah satu bus di daerah Salatiga dan dulu soto ini berada di dalam garasi bus esto sehingga namanya dikenal sebagai soto esto. Namun sekarang mereka tidak lagi di garasi esto melainkan berada di belakang Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. Soto disini berkuah santan sehingga rasanya sangat creamy, tapi mungkin disitu kelezatannya. Oya, jangan lupa buat tambah krupuk gendar atau kalau orang daerah Salatiga bilangnya kerupuk karak serta coba juga tahu gimbal udang yang luar biasa nikmat.
